Hydratis lozenges are inspired by the principle of ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution). They contain a precise dosage of minerals, sodium, and glucose to enable rapid assimilation of liquids and thus rehydrate the body quickly and effectively while compensating for electrolyte loss. Once the tablet is dissolved in water, we recommend discarding the solution after 24 hours.

Conversely, standard energy drinks are often high in sugar (6 to 8%), with a low electrolyte content. Hydratis focuses on a low-sugar formula (less than 1% in a glass of water), without colorings, and with pleasant, natural flavors, whereas sports drinks are often very sweet, colored, and artificially flavored. The dose varies depending on the intensity and duration of the sport or physical exercise. To maintain good hydration, it is necessary to compensate for the loss of fluid and electrolytes. The dose should therefore be sufficient to equal the amount lost. We recommend putting 2 tablets in a 500 ml bottle and renewing it as needed (up to a maximum of 5 tablets per day). It is recommended to drink every 15 to 20 minutes during exercise.
