Stealth dehydration.

We associate it with the desert or marathons. In reality, it silently affects those who drink too little—in the office, while working remotely, or between coffees. Here's how it manifests.

LACK OF ENERGY

LACK OF ENERGY

at the end of the day

The brain is 75% water. Even slight dehydration can cause the late afternoon fatigue often attributed to screen time.
TIREDNESS

TIREDNESS

at the end of the day

Before reaching for a third coffee, check your hydration: mid-afternoon fatigue is very often simply a lack of water and electrolytes.
BRAIN FOG

BRAIN FOG

difficulty concentrating

Losing just 1% of body water already impairs concentration and working memory. "Brain fog" at work often starts with an empty glass.
FEELING THIRSTY

FEELING THIRSTY

due to lack of hydration

The body is made up of almost 60% water. When hydration levels drop, thirst can quickly set in, often just as you start to feel a dip in energy.

The observation

Two coffees, one glass of water all day. And you wonder why you're drained.

The problem isn't in your head. It's your hydration. Most people drink half of what their body needs—often because plain water bores them. As a guideline, the average water requirement is 1.6 L per day for women (about 6 large glasses of water) and 2 L for men (about 8 large glasses). However, coffee and tea are diuretics: they make you eliminate more fluid than you drink. The result is chronic, constant under-hydration, which saps your energy without you realizing the connection.

How does it work

One Hydratis tablet in 250 mL of water, and two things happen. First, it gives a light and pleasant taste that finally makes you want to finish your drink. Second, its unique formula based on electrolytes and trace elements — based on WHO recommendations for ORS — relies on sodium-glucose co-transport. This mechanism acts as a true "key" to optimize the absorption of water by the body and transport it more quickly to the cells. You drink more, and each sip hydrates better.

What happens when drinking water finally becomes an enjoyable habit.

A light, fruity taste, not very sweet. You'll naturally go from 2 glasses to 1.5L a day without even trying.
Fewer slumps at 3 PM, less brain fog. A well-hydrated brain goes the distance all day long.

Not all forms of hydration are equal.

Answers to your questions

I don't like the taste of water. Does that really make a difference?

This is exactly the problem Hydratis solves. The tablet gives your water a light and fruity taste (lemon, grapefruit, raspberry, peach), slightly sweet, with no chemical aftertaste. Most users naturally double their water consumption from the first week, simply because drinking becomes enjoyable.

How many lozenges per day?

For daily use, 1 to 2 tablets per day are sufficient (one in the morning, possibly one in the afternoon). Each tablet dissolves in 250 mL of water. One tube contains 20 tablets — the Discovery Pack (4 tubes) therefore covers approximately 1.5 to 2 months.

Does this replace the water, or is it in addition to it?

It's added to your water—it's not a separate drink, it's your water made more palatable and more hydrating. You continue to drink water, but you drink more of it, and each sip is better absorbed thanks to the electrolytes. That's the whole point.
