The start-up Hydratis offers a practical solution to remedy this: effervescent tablets four times more hydrating than water.
"75% of French people are dehydrated daily" and it can be seen physically: "headaches, body aches , dark circles, fatigue, concentration problem" lists Théo Heude, co-founder of Hydratis, guest on the set of Good Morning Business, on BFM Business, this Tuesday.
How do these tablets work? "They contain magnesium, potassium" or even a "set of trace elements such as zinc" explains Théo Heude. So many essential contributions for the human body to allow this "accelerated hydration ." In this way, Hydratis "will increase the osmolarity of water", that is to say the dosage of mineral salts and trace elements to "bring it closer to that of blood."
But the lozenges, already distributed in 200 pharmacies, are actually also useful for athletes , for periods of heat wave or simply for those who have not taken the time to hydrate well during the day.
Moreover, the start-up was chosen to integrate the social innovation accelerator of the Red Cross for tests in nursing homes with the elderly .
