
Where to celebrate the Fête de la Musique this Wednesday, June 21, 2023 in Paris?

1. Place de la Bastille
The Fête de la Musique will be celebrated on the Place de la Bastille, with open-air stages and free concerts for all. Meet on the central reservation opposite No. 6 Boulevard Richard-Lenoir to discover the show performed by the Japanese drumming school Tsunagari Taiko Center . Still relatively unknown in France, this musical practice releases a powerful energy both visual and auditory.
2. The Louvre Pyramid
The Orchester de Paris awaits you under the Louvre pyramid on June 21 from 10 p.m., on the occasion of the 41st edition of the music festival. Admission is free and open, but note that you must book in advance. Don't miss the exclusive concert by the Orchester de Paris and its musical director Klaus Mäkelä. Good concert !
3. The Hanging Garden, at Porte de Versailles
Le Jardin Suspendu, the brand new rooftop will welcome you from 4 p.m. on its 3500 square meters with a view of the Eiffel Tower (it is the largest rooftop in France). Young artists from the Pont Neuf records label are waiting for you! In addition, it's really the ideal spot to enjoy DJ sets ;)
4. Place du Calvaire, Montmartre
Discover the choir of amateur singers and singers "Les Enchantés de Montmartre", on June 21 at 8:30 p.m. on the occasion of the Fête de la Musique! 5. Villette Park

6. The Canal Saint-Martin

9. Place des Abbesses

10. The Royal Palace
Every year, for the music festival, the Ministry of Culture organizes a concert at the Palais-Royal. These are free concerts and shows, open to everyone and showing the full variety of music. The Royal Palace will host artists such as Alltta and the amateur choir "Envie de chanter" on this day.
