For what uses?

• Daily well-being
  1 lozenge in a glass of water (250 ml) morning and evening, or throughout the day for better energy and concentration. Repeat as needed (up to a maximum of 5 lozenges per day).
• Sport
  2 lozenges in your bottle (500 ml) to consume during and after exercise for better endurance and muscle recovery (limits cramps and aches). Repeat as needed (up to a maximum of 5 lozenges per day).
• Extreme heat/cold weather
  2 lozenges in your 500ml bottle to stay better hydrated and enjoy your days to the fullest. Repeat as needed (up to a maximum of 5 lozenges per day).
• Journey
  2 tablets in your 500ml bottle to improve your hydration when traveling (plane, train, car). Air conditioning is drying!
• Dehydrated skin
  1 lozenge in a glass of water (250 ml) morning and evening, or throughout the day to promote beautiful skin because hydration starts from the inside. Repeat as needed (up to a maximum of 5 lozenges per day).

Recommendations

• Children 4-10 years old: 1 lozenge in the morning and 1 lozenge in the afternoon. Hydration tip: Establish a hydration routine at breakfast and snack time to optimize your children's hydration! 3 lozenges maximum per day.
• Adults over 50 years old: 2 lozenges per day. Hydration tip: Adopt a hydration routine when you wake up and before bed to establish the hydration reflex! 3 lozenges maximum per day.
• Pregnant woman: 2 lozenges in 500 mL to drink throughout the day during episodes of nausea and fatigue (avoid prolonged intake).
• Please seek professional advice for: kidney failure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, adults over 70, children 3-4 years old.
• Consume a maximum of 5 lozenges per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
